 our next Arlington Days planning meeting will be held on Wednesday\, May 2
 7 from 5:30–6:30 PM.\nThere is a change of location for this meeting. As
  long as the weather continues to look nice\, we will plan to meet at the 
 outdoor picnic area at the City Park shelter.\nThe main focus of this meet
 ing will be finalizing the Arlington Days schedule and key event details s
 o planning can continue moving forward.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat We’ll Cover\n\n\
 nFinal Schedule\nFinalize the Arlington Days schedule so event times\, flo
 w\, and major details are clearly set.\n\n\nEvent Details\nWork through re
 maining event details so each activity has the information needed for plan
 ning and promotion.\n\n\nLocations\nConfirm any remaining locations for ev
 ents\, activities\, and community spaces.\n\n\nRegistrations\nIdentify any
  sign-ups\, forms\, registrations\, or participant details that still need
  to be completed.\n\n\nPromotion Readiness\nMake sure the details are read
 y so Arlington Days activities can be advertised clearly and confidently.\
